Velo3D is the developer and technology provider of a fully integrated metal 3D printing manufacturing solution. We sell manufacturing technology, not printed parts. Our technology help customers print the parts they need without compromise. In addition to in-house manufacturing, customers can print parts using our global partner network of qualified contract manufacturers. The Velo3D end-to-end metal additive manufacturing solution enables customers to manufacture complex parts (high aspect ratio/thin walls, complex internal channels, etc.) from one unique "Golden Print" software file with the same material properties on any Velo3D Sapphire printer, anywhere in the world. Our proprietary non-contact recoater reduces the risk of build failures caused by protrusions, which are common among other metal AM providers, and our AM solution makes it simple for customers to 3D print high-quality metal parts and bypass traditional design for additive manufacturing (DfAM) limitations. This allows engineers to focus on designing critical components optimized for performance, not manufacturability, and enables more significant innovation and speed-to-market.
