California Polytechnic State University, Aerospace Engineering Dept.

First formed as an Aeronautical Engineering Department in 1927, the Aerospace Department has continually been at the forefront of Hands On and Learn-by-Doing education. The purpose of the program was to teach students about the maintenance and repair of aircraft and their engines. Using a laboratory equipped with airframes, engines, propeller balancing equipment, and engine test stands, airplanes were dismantled, overhauled, and rebuilt.

CAMS Flight, Inc.

Tampa Bay Aviation began in 2012 with one helicopter and the dream to expand general aviation and the passion for flight to the Tampa Bay area.  Since that time, we have grown to four locations providing charter, flight instruction, tours, and aircraft maintenance. It is our desire to maintain the “local” company presence, with the “global” reach that today’s aviation customers demand.

Cargair

Founded in 1961, Cargair Ltd is the property of the Prud’homme Family. The company has two large divisions : the Cargair Flight Academy and Max Aviation, its airplane charter subsidiary company. Leader in the passenger transport, Max Aviation is supported by Cargair expertise to train its pilots.
