Aero Design/Battery Shop

Founded in 1994 and located in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Aero Design manufactures and supplies FAA PMA mainship/APU and emergency batteries for nearly all general aviation, business jet, regional, and large aircraft applications. Additional FAA PMA avionic components offered include handset coil cords, handset decks and shells, equipment/furnishings details, landing gear electrical components, and lav switches. The FAA approval process and the stringent HEICO reverse engineering process guarantees that Aero Design/HEICO PMA parts are equal or better than the OEM. HEICO’s success has resulted from our ability to offer the highest quality parts at the lowest possible costs, creating true leverage for our customers. We also offer battery maintenance and overhaul services for both OEM and PMA batteries through Battery Shop LLC, our in-house FAA/EASA Repair Station (FAA# X2ER927J / EASA# 145.4243).
