Air China Limited (Air China) and Lufthansa German Airlines (Lufthansa) have established Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Corporation, Beijing (mentioned as “New Ameco” in below) by restructuring their shareholdings in Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Corporation (Ameco). New Ameco is still a joint venture between Air China and Lufthansa, with 75% shareholding by Air China and 25% shareholding by Lufthansa. New Ameco holds wide range of business scope covering line maintenance, aircraft overhaul and painting, engine overhaul, component overhaul, landing gear overhaul, business jet services, engineering, training and GSE calibration.
