Carmel Forge is a self-contained forging house capable of producing a wide range of metal alloy components for the aerospace engine and power generation industries. In 1994, UTCI acquired Carmel Forge, with the latter becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of UTCI and a corporate affiliate of both PW-US and PW-CA. Carmel Forge owns a 527,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Tirat Carmel, Israel. The facility contains manufacturing equipment such as a fully automated Ring Rolling Facility, computer-controlled screw presses, and fully automated ultrasonic immersion Laboratory heat treatment equipment, a computer controlled etching line, high precision CNC machining centers and expanded laboratories.
