CrossFlight Aviation was founded with a vision that supplying aircraft parts and materials can be accomplished with great customer service, integrity, and honesty as its core values.  If you do things right and what is in the customer’s best interest, everything else will follow.
 
We feel it’s better business to serve a smaller customer base with 100% customer satisfaction than it is to have too many with one unsatisfied customer.
 
Many companies claim or strive to be "The Biggest" according to some magazines in which they advertise.    We have been called a “small” and/or a “boutique” supplier; well, the truth of the matter is, we build relationships with our customers and our suppliers, so we consider that category a compliment and very much welcome that distinction.
 
When our customers call, we know who they are by their voice, not a computer generated profile filled with stats.  By developing a Partnership type relationship, we work with our customers to deliver the right part, the right material, and the right service at the right time.
