Charles Willis & Associates, Inc. is a Texas corporation with principal offices in Arlington, located midway between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth.  Charles Willis & Associates, Inc., has been almost exclusively involved in airport, heliport/vertiport, and other aviation-related projects since 1979.  Project types have included engineering design of major airport improvements, the design of several complete new airports, terminal building design, heliport/vertiport studies, major noise and environmental studies, and economic impact assessments.  The majority of our projects have been in Texas and the southwest, but we have also worked at numerous locations throughout the U.S and internationally.

Charles Willis & Associates, Inc. offers unique capabilities and experience with respect to the design and development of aviation facilities, and we are professionally committed to long-term, continued involvement in air transportation.  Our experience includes responsibility for design and planning at more than 100 airport and heliport/vertiport locations, many of which are major air carrier facilities.  We have also developed plans for airport industrial parks and facilities to accommodate business and industry, zoning and land use studies, financial and economic analyses, and architectural/engineering design.
