Lighthouse Avionics

Lighthouse Avionics is an Ohio-based technology start-up that has been working with the FAA, State of Ohio, and various municipalities over the past year to develop a modular airspace management system capable of providing low-cost, long-range identification, tracking, and communication capabilities for drones flying below 400 feet, the current FAA ceiling for commercial UAV and drone activities. These Virtual Control Towers (VCT) build a scalable architecture capable of providing a local, regional, or even statewide integrated UAV command and control infrastructure.
