Planning, Design and Research (PDR) Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1979 as a Tennessee corporation to provide environmental and civil engineering services to municipal, industrial, commercial and institutional clients.  
Since this time, we have maintained high quality standards to provide the best professional services to all clients in a cost-effective manner. We are a minority owned business located in Nashville that is capable of providing services as you require.  We maintain required insurance and the principal is available 24 hours per day allowing for spontaneous or emergency meetings if necessary.  All decisions are made at the local levels, thereby easing communication. 

Our goal is to provide professional consulting services to municipal, governmental, institutional, residential, commercial and educational clients. We have professional engineers, a Certified Industrial Hygienist, industrial hygienists, environmental technicians and support personnel ready to serve you with your needs.
