Since establisment in 1991 Prague Casting Services a.s. has been manufacturing precision castings by the lost wax method. The foundry operating under the brand PRAGUECAST has the capability to cast broad spectrum of materials - Carbon, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant steels, Nickel and Cobalt based super alloys.

The weight of castings starts at 4g and goes all the way up to 60 kgs (0,0088lb - 133 lb). These castings can be poured from one of our air or vacuum furnaces. The products are made in accordance with the customer demands and specifications.

The key industries served by PRAGUECAST are: Industrial Gas Turbines (blades, vane segments, full ring nozzles, heat shields and other structural parts); Aerospace (blades, vanes and structural parts); Nuclear power (fuel nozzles); Chemical industry (various structural parts).

The company quality assurance system has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Ltd. in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100. The production process has been audited by leading industrial companies including Westinghouse Electric, Honeywell Aerospace, General Electric, Skoda JS.
