SC AERO has specialised in implementing composite materials since 1989. Since 2010, SC AERO has been EN 9100 and ISO 9001 certified in an approach to constantly improving the satisfaction of its customers.

Composite materials were initially developed for military and space applications then were used in the fields of leisure aviation and air transport.
Currently, aeronautical composites are experiencing substantial growth.

Indeed, in the past, they were always used in small quantities in airliners and always for non-vital parts. However, for a few years now, they are present in larger quantities in all aircraft including for vital structures (by about 50% for new aircraft).
