Spectech France S.A.S.

Specialist Technologies Limited (Spectech) was founded in 1988 as a supply chain management company within the aerospace and defence markets, supplying parts for various NATO countries (including the UK MoD) and to OEM’s.

Spectech started by operating out of a facility in London and it moved to its existing facility in Walton on Thames, Surrey in 1998.In 1997 Spectech France SAS was created to support the growth of UK activity with France based customers. The facility is in Mont de Marsan. Spectech France’s initial activity was the distribution of aerospace parts to big France customers along with a growing group of smaller international customers. 2003 saw Spectech France obtain their first DLF contract in Toulouse. In 2009 boosted their activity in Toulouse by gaining a third major DLF contract: in 2010 opened a satellite facility in Toulouse.In 2008, Spectech formed The STAG Group Limited as a holding company for all trading companies owned by the group, opening a season of strategic acquisitions.

Spectech has been acquired by ALA in 2016.
