We handle all manufacturing steps; the supply of raw material, heat treatment and surface as well as operations relating to the specifications requested by customers.

We carry small, medium and large production runs, prototypes and tooling and subassemblies assemblies in all types of material such as steel, stainless steel, bronzes, brasses, aluminum, plastics, inconel, alacrites and the other specific to the aerospace alloys.

Our contractors, stakeholders in our complementary businesses to benefit from a certification from us or our customers.

Founded in 1988 by Mister Jacques SUC and Mister Philippe CAMER , our company specializes in turning and milling techniques..

We handle all production stages from raw material supply, various heat treatments, surfaces and other operations related to customer requirements (grinding, cutting, stitching and cutting wire EDM, deburring, polishing, grinding ACME thread etc ...). We carry small, medium and large series and prototypes, tooling and sub-assemblies assemblies in all types of material. Our machining capacity ranges from 1 to Ø 120 mm. Exceptionally, we can machine the large in small quantities.

Mainly concentrated on civil aviation, military and optics, our activity is concerned with all requests for precision mechanical machining studies for other sectors.

We also support our customers in their projects and define with them the economic and repeatable solutions.

Each manufacturing step is controlled from sourcing raw materials to different treatments. We also run checks first article (FAI)

Calibration check of all our control means according to the established procedure.

Our quality assurance is ISO 9001: 2008 and EN 9100 version 2009.
