Welcome to the beautiful islands of Hawaii.  We are Twin Engine Catering (fka) Luciano's Catering Co.  We are a full service, USDA & FDA certified in-flight catering company strategically located in two of the most popular markets - Maui & Kona. Our core business is to serve the private aircraft industry through our long term Hawaii-based FBO's, Air Service Hawaii and Signature Flight Support (formerly known as Landmark Aviation, and prior to that, Bradley Pacific Aviation).
