Industrial vehicle and equipment specialist Oshkosh Corporation is breaking into the GSE market through a definitive agreement to acquire GSE provider AeroTech from JBT Corporation for $800 million. AeroTech’s GSE products include aircraft tugs and tow tractors, mobile ground power units, deicers, and cargo transporters and loaders. These are closely aligned with Oshkosh's technology focus areas, which include electrification, autonomy and active safety, and intelligent, connected products.
