We are a family owned and operated Plating, Grinding, and Machine shop established in 1971. From our humble beginnings of crankshaft repair by chrome plating to an AS9100 approved facility that is celebrating its 50 year anniversary, we continuously strive to help you succeed in your business. Our success is a result of our relationships with our customers; where no customer is too small. We will always do our best to help you become more successful through our services.

Our plating lines include Hard Chrome plating, Nickel plating, Silver plating, TIN plating, Electroless Nickel plating, Chromate conversion (Hexavalent and Trivalent), yellow Zinc, clear Zinc, black Zinc, Copper plating, and passivation.

Our plating services are supported by 40 staff and over 35 grinders, lathes and mills, 10 of which are CNC. Automated shot-peening, scientific ovens for baking to remove hydrogen embrittlement, and CGSB NDT are all located in-house.

We have extensive experience in the PT6, PW100 and Bell piston shaft components that are plate repaired. We process thousands of parts each year back to the OEM specifications.

We can also support any aerospace manufacturing of components and or related custom fixtures solutions for your internal requirements.

We are located at 5 Notting Ct., Burnside, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, in the largest industrial park in the Maritimes. We are only 18 minutes from the Halifax Stanfield International Airport. Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, Midland, and Purolator couriers all have major depots within a few minutes of our facility.
