Impro uses our investment casting and precision machining processes to create custom engine parts for the aerospace industry. Parts are created from superalloy (Inconel 713, Inconel 718, Inconel 738, Inconel 625, Inconel 100, FSX-414, F75, MARM-247, and more), stainless steel (17-4PH, 15-5PH, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 347, 1020, 4140, and more), or aluminum alloy materials (A356, F357, C355, AlSi10Mg, BS L99, BS L169, and more). Minimum wall thickness is 2mm and tolerance is +/- .012 mm. Hardness testing, NDT, anodizing, and chemical paint/film services are also available.
