Impro produces custom hydraulic system parts such as housings, pistons, shafts, and valve-pump plates for the aerospace industry, using precision machining process. Parts are made from aluminum alloy materials (A356, F357, C355, AlSi10Mg, BS L99, BS L169, and more) or stainless steel (17-4PH, 15-5PH, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 347, 1020, 4140, and more). Minimum wall thickness is 2 mm and profile tolerance is +/- .0038 mm. Hardness testing, NDT, anodizing, passivate, and chemical film services are also available.
