VIPER Transitions is the ultimate link between veterans and local jobs that require specialized training. This connection helps to foster an environment that is beneficial to both veterans and companies locally and abroad with members who will help create growth as they venture into their new career in our professional community. Through a partnership with the University of Alaska and the Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), our 12-week aircraft maintenance workforce program will provide veterans with any skill level preparation for a career in MRO. Graduates of the program will have the opportunity to continue training at AIM or begin work at a VIPER partner company such as AAR to finish pursuing their airframe and powerplant certification.
