We pour stainless steel investment casting from 1 oz-100 lb (0.03-45kg) with a size limit of Ø23.6” x 23.6” x 23.6” (600mm x 600mm x 600mm). Common stainless steel materials we cast include 17-4PH, 15-5PH, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 347, 1020, 4140, and more.  Equipped with automated processes and state-of-the-art equipment, we produce and supply stainless steel investment castings widely used in the engine, environmental control, APU, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and other applications for commercial aircraft and business jets. Typical investment castings of stainless steel include valve mounts, swirl nozzles, engine rings, bodies and assemblies, seats and assemblies, manifolds and assemblies, cooling tubes, mounting brackets and flanges, and retainer seals.

In addition to investment casting, we offer casting machining and a wide range of Nadcap-approved special processes, including heat treatment, surface treatment, welding, and laboratory testing. All of these are in-house to ensure quality control and allow us to shorten overall production lead times.
