Our superalloy investment casting process pours castings from 0.03-30kgs (0.07-66lbs) with a size limit of Ø500mm x 600mm (19.7” x 23.6”). Materials used include Inconel 713, Inconel 718, Inconel 625, Inconel 738, FSX-414, Rene 77, F75, MARM-247, and more. Equipped with the cutting edge technology of Consarc and ALD vacuum furnaces, we produce and supply superalloy investment castings widely used in the engine, environmental control, APU, and other applications for commercial aircraft and business jets. Typical investment castings of superalloys include case combustor chamber, hot duct outlet, steam housing, drive housing, and body.

In addition to investment casting, we offer casting machining and a wide range of Nadcap-approved special processes, including heat treatment, surface treatment, welding, and laboratory testing. All of these are in-house to ensure quality control and allow us to shorten overall production lead times. Impro Aerotek is reputed for fast response, strong new product development, and prototyping capabilities.
