Targus Optionally Piloted Vehicle

Now in the flight test phase, the Targus optionally piloted vehicle (OPV) has been developed for dual use — manned and unmanned — to allow flexibility where restrictions on unmanned flight are in place. A pilot may fly the Targus, a modified Tecnam P2006T aircraft, or a ground control center may take control.
