AeroCore Technologies offers engine wash services that utilize a proprietary foam structure to enable cleaning of the entire engine gas path from inlet to turbine exit. This technology cleans more thoroughly than water, increasing time on wing, lowering fuel burn and carbon emissions, and reducing maintenance time and labor costs for customers. AeroCore’s washes do not require engine disassembly, so a dual-engine wash can be completed at the gate in less than two hours. Last year, AeroCore expanded global operations to more than 20 U.S. airports and military bases and completed washes in Brazil and Japan. In the next six months, the company will relocate to a new headquarters in Indiana and begin its first Middle East wash operations in Riyadh.
