- Develop digitalization strategy
- As-is versus to-be assessment and advice tailored to you
- Process improvements leveraging lean six sigma tools
- Data mapping and migration via a robust, auditable process
- Execute the change via strong project management skills
- Embed the change via set up of training and procedure manuals and arrange approvals (Part M, Part 145, AOC, CMP, Quality Manual, SMS manual)
- Perform the required training to embed the change and serve as SME/aftercare
