Established in 1988, we are a joint venture under the Kingdom’s offset program. Initiated in order for the Kingdom to be self-sufficient in commercial and military aircraft maintenance, overhaul and modifications through technology transfer and the development of Saudi nationals.With state-of-the-art facilities, and a skilled workforce; we are proud to be the leading aerospace company in the Kingdom.Since our establishment, we have gained extensive experience in aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), modifications and upgrades and developed our capabilities, which today include the manufacturing of F-15 key major components.
