As part of Atlantic Aviation Group’s ongoing commitment to our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) strategy, our Making a Difference initiative continues to support local charities and give back to our communities.

Since announcing  Clare Crusaders Clinic as our charity partner, we’ve been busy organising a range of fun and engaging fundraising events over the summer.

Some standout moments from our summer calendar include our bustling book sale, where over 300 books were sold on site. Another highlight was our Paper Airplane Competition, which showcased plenty of creativity and pilot skills among our employees, with the winning plane soaring an impressive 29.75meters!

Our Making a Difference team also took part in several community events, including a 10km run to celebrate the Clare Crusaders’ 20th anniversary as well as volunteering their time to sell raffle tickets at the Clare Crusaders Tractor Run, which saw over 200 tractors take part in the festivities. AAG also ran and organised a charity bake off. 

The Making a Difference team continues to plan exciting events for the remainder of the year, with the next being our ever-popular AAG Bake-Off, a delicious way to keep raising funds for Clare Crusaders Clinic and the vital services they provide to over 450 children with special needs in County Clare.
