Atlas Technologies

Atlas Technologies designs, develops, and manufactures bonded dissimilar metal fittings and couplings. These hermetically bonded solutions combine the advantages of two or more metals – such as the heat capacity of niobium with the lower costs of aluminum or stainless – to make robust, long-lasting connections.

Recent aerospace solutions include fittings used in Benchmark Space Systems rocket thrusters, NASA applications, and an array of commercial and government satellites. Our products are also used extensively in particle accelerators, cryogenics, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Metals we commonly bond and machine include aluminum, titanium, niobium, copper, and stainless steel. Custom and standard solutions are available.
