BDV Srl was born as a distributor of screws, in its evolution it has been equipped for mechanical processing and is able to produce components according to the customer's design such as: shafts, bushings, spacers, pins etc.
Our equipment includes automatic lathes, pick-up lathes, machining centers, EDM, cutters, threading machines, presses etc.

The BDV company boasts a fleet of cutting-edge CNC technology and CAD / CAM software consisting of: numerically controlled work centers, numerically controlled automatic lathes, turning centers, thread rolling and tapping machines, grinding machines, laser and EDM machines .
BDV is therefore able to perform the entire production cycle of the special part requested by the customer starting from the raw material.
The products that BDV manufactures to design include: pins, studs, shafts, bushings, spacers, inserts, screws, nuts, washers, small metal parts and much more.
BDV is able to work any material according to the customer's needs and to the industrial sector of destination of the product, from hardened and tempered carbon steels, stainless steel, aluminum, up to nickel-based superalloys for the aerospace sector.
