Bowmill Engineering, Bowmill Metal Treatments and Taymar Precision Grinding are privately owned businesses employing around 180 staff at facilities occupying more than 72,000 sq.ft. comprising three factories and a treatments facility in Poole, and a new facility in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire as of 2016.
