BP Aero is a leading provider of engine disassembly and have recently added storage, preservation and lease return services to our portfolio — CFM3/5/7, CF6-80, CF34-8, PW 4000, V2500 & RB211. BP Aero is an FAA/EASA/CAAC 145 Repair Station. BP Aero performs inspection, repair, and overhaul services on a range of CFM56/CF6-80/ CF34-8 & PW4000 components, including tubes, manifolds, cases, housings, supports, disks, seals, shafts, LLPs, AGB, TGB, IGB, heat exchangers, fuel accessories, pneumatic starters, and lube pumps. BP Aero is licensed by GE & P&W and Boeing. Special processes include machining, thermal spray, HVOF, FPI, MPI, water jet, shot peen, vacuum heat treat, brazing, welding, painting, anodizing, and NDT. Located on DFW Airport adjacent to the FedEx Distribution Facility.
