Cabinair Group has EASA and GCAA Part 21J certification and Part 21G certification from EASA and the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Its design services are led by Riga, Latvia-based AeroKnow, which Cabinair acquired a majority stake in last summer. Cabinair also has a regional design office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and production services based in Letchwork Garden City, UK. The company has produced more than 1,000 interior components in the past few months. Cabinair is currently performing full refurbishment of a private jet that will be operated in the Middle East, including full STC cabin modification. Every component on board has been repaired, modified, or repainted, and Cabinair also manufactured cushions featuring Octaspring technology and premium leather covers. Last year, Cabinair obtained EASA STCs for installations of low-frequency underwater locator beacons and aircraft tracking systems. It will open a new repair and refurbishment hub in Miami by year-end.
