Working in the field of aviation and nucl ed area, business management methods in place to CERTIA are from the "best practices" initiated by the largest groups in these sectors. These management methods merge expertise processes with the constraints of project staking and contractual reviews with clients.

This study methodology applies to all CERTIA's fields of activity (test benches, tools, specific studies) and for each service performed on behalf of CERTIA in the group (SHYMAT, CERTIA R&D). CERTIA also operates in the energy sector for which its teams are involved in maintenance operations. Specific requirements deal with nuclear safety. However, our organization is flexible.
