Damos Aviation Services, Inc. was founded in 1995 and is a small, woman-owned business specializing in pilot screening and hiring. We are a full-service shop that can meet all of your pilot screening and hiring needs.

Our senior associates are aviation selection experts. Each has a minimum of 35 years of experience in pilot selection. Our goal is to provide our clients with cost-effective selection systems that reduce hiring and training costs and are legally defensible.

Because we are a small business, the senior associates can maintain strict control over all of our projects. We pride ourself on our responsiveness and dedication to helping your company achieve their goals.

We also provide litigation support services. We have developed a life-time earnings model for Part 121 pilots. This model may be used to estimate life-time income for current Part 121 pilots or for pilots who are not yet hired by a Part 121 carrier.
