Dallas Aeronautical Services has created an exceptional program for the repair and overhaul of Challenger 300/350s. Repair processes include outer skins, bonded assemblies of the core, wire mesh, and perforated skin. DAS can remove rings, repair any corrosion, and mount/attach the rings. Also, DAS is the only FAA 145 Repair Station to offer Challenger 300/350 lip-skin replacements, with engineering, tooling, and fabrication for -47 through -55 series inlets lip-skins. In the past, only OEMs had replacement lip-skin. DAS has an ample supply in stock and can provide operators with amazing cost savings. DAS also offers 36-month and lifetime warranties.
