Designed specifically for Commercial and Business turbine aircraft as "one-size-fits-all" heat-resistant protection to mitigate pitot tube contamination and damage during maintenance and operations, the PitotShield V2 self-disengages from the pitot tube if left in place upon startup of aircraft with auto pitot heat.
