DuraCoatings is a Part 145 repair station #5D1R406D with ratings for landing gear, airframe, and accessories. We do metal finishing, which includes chrome plating, sulfimate nickel plating, LE cadmium plating, OD/ID, centerless grinding, polishing, milling, honing, MAG, FPI and shot peening. We also have a full metallurgical lab to support our thermal spray operations.

DuraCoatings can handle large parts over 20' in length and 30" diameter in our plating, grinding, and polishing processes. We have GapBed grinding capabilities with 130" swing in the gap and 180" traverse.

We can hangle compinents on 787, 737, CRJ, Embraer, C130 and many more.
