HEICO Aircraft Maintenance has extensive in-house non-destructive testing (NDT) capabilities. We offer our airline partners a comprehensive range of scheduled or AOG NDT inspections. HEICO offers these repair solutions either at our state of the art repair facility near Leipzig Airport, Germany, or directly on-site, regardless of where the aircraft is located and tailoring our services to our customers' specific requirements. Our experienced Level II technicians are specialists in regular and ad hoc non-destructive testing (NDT) of components and aircraft structures using state-of-the-art equipment: Eddy Current Testing (ET), Ultra Sonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Thermographic Testing (TRT), Trent700 L/P Compressor water coupled Ultrasonic Phased Array Inspection. HEICO has EASA, FAA, CAA UK and TCCA Part-145 certifications, making it one of the leading repair stations in Europe.
