Impro uses our investment casting process to produce custom APU parts such as case combustor chambers, duct heat outlets, and housings for the aerospace industry. Parts are made from superalloy materials (Inconel 713, Inconel 718, Inconel 738, Inconel 625, Inconel 100, FSX-414, F75, MARM-247, and more). Minimum wall thickness is 2mm and profile tolerance is 0.76 mm. Hardness testing, NDT, and chemical etching are also available.
