(JJCA) was founded in Washington, D.C. firm in 1974 as an MBE/DBE Consulting Engineering firm to offer consulting engineering services to the public and private sectors. Having over 40 years of career Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design experience as well as Facilities Management, John J. Christie is able to provide clients with the unique additional perspective of central plant operations and maintenance, energy conservation, sustainable design strategies, and life cycle costing. John J. Christie is a respected member of the American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC) and for 12 years had the honor of serving as Chairman of the Professional Engineering Registration Board of the District of Columbia.
