Now in its 25^th year of operations, KP Aviation has a presence in more than 10 countries, including our U.S. headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. We provide material for nearly every commercial aircraft type, including components and whole assets for aircraft, engines, landing gear, and auxiliary power units. Investment from Bain Capital in 2023 fueled our expansions into leasing and MRO. KP Aviation is a complete end-of-life partner for retiring fleets, enabling us to manage aircraft lease and technical return, dismantling, material repair cycles, and movement of material back into operator supply chains. Next year, KP Aviation plans to expand our global teams in locations including Dublin, Madrid, and Asia. We will also expand our product offerings with two newly acquired Airbus A320neos, alongside other new platforms.
