McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm made up of civil engineers and landscape architects. We are focused on providing exceptional client service while improving the communities where we serve, live, and work. Founded in 1963 by James E. McClelland, Sr., MCE has grown to become one of the largest civil engineering firms in the region with offices in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Fort Smith and Tulsa. MCE also provides geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, environmental laboratory analysis, construction observation, construction materials testing, and land surveying.
