MGG was founded in 1963. At that time, most of the miniature lamps were still manufactured by experienced glass blowers.

An increasing demand for the small, high-class products made it obvious that the only future would lay in extensive automation. For lack of suitable “ready-made” machines for production, MGG developed its own which later served as a basis for new developments. A high performance laboratory followed so that every required measurement can be made.

An experienced team is concerned with keeping a consistently high quality level of all MGG products. It is our aim to support every user by finding the perfect solution to their special light problem.
