MICRO TECHNIC

MicroTechnic is developing its expertise in precision machining and bar turning, from unit parts to medium series. This know-how is associated with the engineering of a design office to design and produce special machines (use of Solidworks for CAD). To meet the needs of its customers, MicroTechnic uses a wide range of materials (titanium, stainless steels, tungsten, copper, aluminum, INVAR, ... but also plastics such as PEEK and POM). We take care, through a network of technical partners, of specific processes such as laser welding, TIG welding, heat treatments (quenching, stabilization, etc.) and chemical and surface treatments such as microbeading, passivation, electro-polishing, anodizing, ... To certify the precision of these parts, MicroTechnic uses modern control means including a 3D machine, an optical and video control or an endoscope.
