Oakland Air

Established in 1989 with the formation of Aviation Station Inc., Oakland Air is a Michigan based company and one of the premier aviation assets in the Metro Detroit area. Seeing a need for concierge-level aircraft services, we purchased a small parcel of land on the North side of the Oakland County Airport (PTK) and opened our private, corporate aircraft terminal in February, 1991, offering a new level of personalized service to discerning travelers. With the acquisition of the former Million Air facility located on the south side of the airfield completed, the

Oakland Air team began to mark their path with the expansion and upgrade of our facilities. This allowed us to grow our FAA Certified Part 135 Charter department and acquire our FAA Certified Part 145 Repair Station. In decades since we first started, our Oakland Air leadership team has continued to find new growth of its business units with vigilance on both cost-effective services and safety. In addition, our key leadership has enhanced the operations of the customer service division as well as the financial strengths of the company.
