We specialize in the machining of high performance polymers like PEEK, ULTEM, TORLON and VESPEL for critical applications with tight tolerances. With 50 years of experience, we work with corporations ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 organizations globally. Our facility includes 42,000 sq ft of temperature controlled machining, Class 1000 Clean Room assembly, die-cutting and 3D printing capabilities, with injection molding coming this summer. We work with our clients from qualification design through production.

Depending on the amount of R&D work you do, we offer compressed turnaround times (less than 3 weeks) on engineering quantities to qualify your part specifications using our Rapid Production Manufacturing (RPM) cell.
