Safran Seats designs, assembles, certifies and maintains aircraft seats for crews and passengers. Products include passenger seating for economy, premium economy, business and first class cabins, as well as crew and helicopter seats. Safran Seats has more than 150 airline customers and more than a million seats currently flying on commercial aircraft. In May, flydubai announced it would be the launch customer for Safran’s VUE business class seating product, which is designed to give all passengers a window-facing seating experience through a reverse herringbone layout.
