As part of the Women on Wings initiative, the WOW Get Together event was held in July, bringing together our female employees in Zurich and Belgrade. During the gathering, meaningful discussions took place on empowering women within our company and the MRO industry, with participation from our new Chairwoman, JingYuan Sun. JingYuan Sun has been in SR Technics since 2011 and is currently in the role of Senior Vice President of Main Business, and she will continue to guide our vision following WOW goals.
We are committed to continuing the development and implementation of the WOW initiative, aiming to foster a more inclusive and diverse environment within our organization.
