Tronair is the global leader in manufacturing aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for all segments of the aviation industry. When the company was originally founded in 1971 by the Dana Corporate Flight Department, the name Danair was chosen. It wasn’t until Danair was sold to Tronco in 1979, that the company received its world-renowned name Tronair.

The first product designed and manufactured by Tronair was the Snap-Bak King Air Towbar. Once towbars were developed, the expansion to Jacks and Hydraulic Power Units came shortly after. Since then, Tronair has been building out its product portfolio and now manufactures equipment to support over 350+ different types of aircraft with over 35 product lines totaling thousands of different pieces of equipment. Tronair emphasizes innovation, reliability, customer focus, and building quality equipment to exceed customers’ expectations.
