Founded in 1993, Werner Aero specializes in the supply of airframe components for Airbus A320, Boeing 737, and Embraer E-Jet aircraft. It offers rotable sales, loans, exchanges, repair management, comprehensive auxiliary power unit, and landing gear services. A wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Corp. since 2024, we are pursuings an aggressive aircraft acquisition strategy to expand our aircraft portfolio and component inventory. So far this year, we have acquired 17 aircraft, 15 of which are actively undergoing teardown. These acquisitions have expanded our Airbus A320-family inventory considerably. We also acquired two Embraer 190s in October.
