DCM Aerospace Group is a vertically integrated Canadian aerospace company providing certified MRO, manufacturing, and engineering solutions for commercial, regional, business, and military aircraft. With facilities in Quebec and Ontario, DCM specializes in aerostructure machining, aerospace welding, engine component repair, GSE/tooling, heat treatment, and advanced surface treatments. Our in-house capabilities include titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and stainless steel welding, HVOF and plasma coatings, NDT, vacuum heat treatment, CNC machining, and complete build-to-print manufacturing. We repair critical components including CFM56 exhaust ducts, engine mounts, manifolds, slat tracks, and structural assemblies while designing and manufacturing custom tooling for leading OEMs. Approved by Transport Canada, FAA, and EASA, DCM has developed more than 150 certified repair designs, delivering cost-effective alternatives to replacement parts with reduced lead times and turnkey support.
